Aclasta® ist ein Arzneimittel gegen Knochenschwund nach der Menopause und gegen die Paget-Krankheit.Wirkstoffe
Zoledronsäure
Anwendung
Aclasta® wird verwendet bei:
- Knochenantrieb bei Frauen nach der Menopause und bei Männern über 50 Jahren, wenn ein erhöhtes Frakturrisiko besteht.
- Gegen Knochenbellen bei Patienten mit Langzeitbehandlung mit Nebennierenhormon.
- Paget-Krankheit, eine Knochenerkrankung, bei der Knochen, mehr als in der Regel abgebaut und wieder aufgebaut.
Dosierung
Verfügbar als Lösung für die Infusion in eine Vene.
Osteoporose
- Normalerweise werden 5 mg einmal im Jahr verabreicht.
Paget-Krankheit
- Im Allgemeinen werden 5 mg als Einzeldosis gegeben.
Hinweis:
- Die Behandlung sollte mit Kalzium und Vitamin D ergänzt werden.
- Es ist wichtig, vor und nach der Infusion viel zu trinken.

Wirkung
