Anwendung

Hidrasec® wird bei akutem Durchfall eingesetzt.


Dosierung

Erhältlich als Kapseln.

Erwachsene

  • Anfangsdosis 100 mg, unabhängig von der Tageszeit.
  • Dann 100 mg 3 mal am Tag vor einer Hauptmahlzeit.
  • Die Behandlung wird fortgesetzt, bis zwei normale Stuhlgänge stattgefunden haben.
  • Muss fĂĽr maximal 7 Tage verwendet werden.

Wirkung

  • Funktioniert durch Reduzierung der FlĂĽssigkeitsabscheidung vom Darm zum Darm.

  • Die Halbwertszeit im Blut (T½) ist ungefähr 3 Stunden.

Spezielle Warnungen

  • Hidrasec® sollte bei der Behandlung von Patienten mit sehr schlechter Leber- oder Nierenfunktion mit Vorsicht angewendet werden.
  • Es liegen keine Erfahrungen mit Hidrasec® zur Behandlung von Patienten mit chronischer Diarrhoe, chronisch-entzĂĽndlichen Darmerkrankungen oder Diarrhoe aufgrund der Anwendung von Antibiotika vor.
  • Die Wirkung von Hidrasec® kann reduziert sein, wenn Sie Erbrechen haben.
  • Wenn Sie Hautausschläge oder Hautreaktionen haben, wenden Sie sich sofort an Ihren Arzt, da die Behandlung mit Hidrasec® wahrscheinlich beendet wird.
